These beetles can thrive with very simple conditions and are very forgiving to new keepers and simple errors. They are fairly hardy and tolerate temperatures between 18 and 25 degrees quite happily. As with all flower beetles, they do require bright light, either in the form of sunlight (partial) or from an LED light or heat lamp.
