Dryadillo / Sinodillo Starsky - Danielle Jungle
SKU: KST/O
All my stock is captive-bred. Dryadillo sp. "Starsky", sometimes referred to as Merulanella sp. Starsky's are a rare, visually striking isopod species known for their brownish-grey base colour and yellow speckled markings that develop as they mature. They are considered suitable for intermediate to advanced keepers. Care Requirements: Humidity: They require a high-humidity environment, typically between 70 and 75%. Temperature: They thrive in warm conditions, preferring temperatures between 23°C and 25°C (73°F and 77°F), though they can be kept between 20°C and 23°C. Substrate: They need a deep, moisture-retaining substrate. Ventilation: Good ventilation is necessary to prevent stagnant air, despite the high humidity requirements. Diet: They require a constant supply of leaf litter and decaying wood. Behaviour: They can be somewhat hectic, but this behaviour often settles with time.
