Centred around our handmade 10 x 10 x 15cm small acrylic arboreal enclosure, this kit is specifically designed to support the fragile early life stages of jumping spider slings, mantis nymphs, and arboreal tarantulas.
We have put together a starter kit that includes the essentials to make your critters feel right at home, whilst also providing you with enough space for your own decor and substrate for future use!
NOTE: as these are made to order, we plan to get these produced and dispatched within 10-15 working days but there is only two of us running the entire business and sometimes we get swamped!

- Drilled Air Holes: Ventilation on sides and back, door and top to provide perfect cross-ventilation. Also an option to swap for a large vent hole if you prefer a 3D printed vent or feeding apparatus.
- Access: Front opening hinged door with a precision-fit acrylic latch to prevent escapes and provide easy access for maintenance and feeding.
- Substrate Barriers: Features a 5cm deep lower barrier allowing for bioactive layers, drainage, and moisture retention without the risk of leaks. Also a 2cm barrier above door to avoid web breakage and disturbance if keeping spiders.
- Extras: Non-slip silicone corner covers for safe and compact enclosures that can easily stack and still be aesthetically pleasing
- Ventilation: We offer two precision-drilled ventilation profiles. Our Standard Ventilation is 6 rows on the side and back and provides maximum airflow for larger invertebrates and critters that prefer high ventilation, while our Reduced Ventilation is specifically designed for critters that require less airflow and higher humidity.
- Hole Diameter: Choose between 1mm or 2mm ventilation holes based on your invertebrate's needs and personal preference. We also offer the ability to drill one large hole on each face for fitting in a 3D printed vent or feeding apparatus if you do not want our precision drilled lines of ventilation.
- Door Direction: Choice of side opening (R-L) door or a downwards opening door, depending on what invert you are keeping and where enclosure is kept, like a shelf. This may also be useful depending on what type of feeder insect you need to drop into the enclosure as fruit flies can be trickier with a sideways opening door.
- Colours: Personalise and stylise your enclosure with a coloured acrylic background! Choose from something funky to fit your preferred colour palette, or choose a naturalistic colour to make enclosure decoration even more seamless
- Bore Holes: We also offer the ability to drill larger bore holes for fitting in a 3D printed vent or feeding apparatus if you do not want our precision drilled lines of ventilation.

The "Sling" Step-Up: The perfect secondary enclosure for jumping spider (Phidippus) and mantis nymphs that have outgrown their first nursery vials. It provides the vertical space needed for safe, successful moulting without being so large that prey becomes difficult to track.
