Designed and handmade in the UK, the Large Maxi Critter Keeper is an elongated version of our signature design, engineered specifically for invertebrates that thrive on floor space rather than height.
With a 35cm length and a slim 15cm depth, this enclosure is the perfect solution for narrow shelving units and display mantels, offering your critters a vast horizontal territory without taking up excessive room in your home.
This is an elongated version of our 'Critter Keeper', ideal for keeping isopod colonies and smaller invertebrates that prefer the extra floor space.
NOTE: as these are made to order, we plan to get these produced and dispatched within 10-15 working days but there is only two of us running the entire business and sometimes we get swamped!

- Drilled Air Holes: Ventilation on sides and and lid to provide perfect cross-ventilation. Also an option to swap for a large vent hole if you prefer a 3D printed vent or feeding apparatus.
- Access: Top opening hinged lid with a precision-fit acrylic latch to prevent escapes and provide easy access for maintenance and feeding.
- Barriers: Features a stationary barrier around the door covering each corner . This is to prevent warping and to avoid web breakage and disturbance if keeping spiders that like to web corners around a lid
- Extras: Non-slip silicone corner covers for safe and compact enclosures that can easily stack and still be aesthetically pleasing.
- Stoppers on the hinges of top opening door to prevent over-rotating the latches
- Ventilation: We offer two precision-drilled ventilation profiles. Our Standard Ventilation for this size is 2 rows on the sides. The Increased Ventilation is 4 rows and is specifically designed for critters that require more airflow and higher humidity.
